December 3 2025Soccer for People of All Abilities – SWAN HILL
A 4-week all-abilities soccer program has now been completed at the Swan Hill stadium. Mallee Sports Assembly, Sport & Recreation of Victoria, and the Swan Hill Rural City Council supported this program. The MSA appointed local accredited soccer coach Chris Lahy, who facilitated very active and fun soccer sessions over the four weeks.A big thank you to the Swan Hill Rural City Council, who covered the costs of the venue hire through their funding. Coach Chris made each session fun which included drills to assist with participation in the game of soccer. Soccer is a game that can be modified for all levels of skills and abilities, which makes it very inclusive, and that is what we want.Participants attended each week from WeAreVivid (Swan Hill) and Echuca Discoveries. Overall, 42 people attended during the program. At the final session MSA Project Officer Rhonda Allan thanked coach Chris Lahy for his coaching and everyone for attending each week.

March 5 2026Another great partnership between the St Arnaud Bowling Club, Mallee Sports Assembly (Wycheproof), Wimmera Regional Sports Assembly (Horsham), and Sports Central (Ballarat) to host another successful All Abilities Bowling event...
