2026 MSA All Abilities Bowls Carnival – St Arnaud

Another great partnership between the St Arnaud Bowling Club, Mallee Sports Assembly (Wycheproof), Wimmera Regional Sports Assembly (Horsham), and Sports Central (Ballarat) to host another successful All Abilities Bowling event for the region.
MSA Project Officer Rhonda Allan said the club was the ideal location for the event.
“The club is a central regional location that is fully accessible and has the right equipment to assist participants with limited mobility to enjoy the game of bowls,” she said.
The club volunteers ensured everyone felt welcome and supported throughout the day. Participants travelled from across the region, including Stawell, St Arnaud, Nhill, Ararat, Greater Western, Ballarat, and Swan Hill, to take part in the day, with 65+ people attending.
The bowling session was relaxed and informal, allowing everyone to enjoy the social interaction while trying their hand at bowls in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect weather conditions added to the enjoyment of the outdoor activity. Following the games, everyone gathered for a BBQ lunch catered by the club.
Thank you to all those involved for making the event possible, particularly the staff who support participants and the dedicated volunteers from the St Arnaud Bowling Club who played such an important role in delivering the day.
All enjoyed the event, and organisers hope to see even more participants attend in 2027.
Participate, Feel GREAT!
