March 17 2026Disability Awareness Program – Wycheproof P-12
The program focuses on inclusive sport and recreation for people of all abilities, MSA Wycheproof Project Officer Rhonda Allan facilitated sessions for Grades 2, 3, and 4 students at Wycheproof P-12.It is designed to build understanding and empathy. The program helps able-bodied children gain insight into how people with disabilities manage daily activities and how they may feel in different situations. The sessions are highly interactive, incorporating fun and challenging activities that engage students while promoting inclusion and awareness.Thank you to staff Britt Allan, Wendy Pollard, and students from the Wycheproof P-12 College for their participation and co-operation during the “awareness” session.All enquiries regarding programs at local schools can be directed to:
