2025 International Day for People with Disability – Swan Hill

The Mallee Sports Assembly, Swan Hill Stadium, AXIS Employment, Intereach, Headspace and the  Swan Hill Aquatic and Recreation Centre worked in partnership to conduct 2025 Swan Hill International Day Celebrations for People with Disability.

Overall, 72 people attended the celebration from  WeAreVivid Swan Hill, Echuca Discoveries-Swan Hill, My Plan Connect, Chasing Hope, Accomplish Support and individual members with their NDIS support staff. The event commenced with a variety of activities which included pickleball, netball, chair-based exercises, shooting hoops, Connect four and bean bag throwing….there was something there for any and all abilities.

Lunch was prepared by AXIS Employment and everyone enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch & fresh fruit platters.
