2025 All Abilities Bowls – MILDURA

The All Abilities Bowls programs delivered by Mildura Workers Bowls Club have concluded for 2025. Heading the efforts, Dave Robertson and his band of skilled coaches have delivered two weekly evening programs in Terms 1 and 4, two-day programs for Mildura Specialist School and SRS Benetook Farm in Term 1, the popular annual All Abilities Bowls Carnival in Term 1, and have also volunteered their time to run sessions for the SuniTafe Foundations Class and FLO Connect. Their ongoing commitment to inclusive sport continues to make a meaningful impact in our community.

Open to participants of all ages and all abilities, these programs have built strong engagement, confidence on the green, and positive connections between peers and volunteers.
Sessions maintained a supportive, low-pressure environment, allowing bowlers of all experience levels to take part at their own pace. Consistent involvement across the year also saw several bowlers progress into mainstream programs offered by the club.

These programs are invaluable to our community, reinforcing the importance of providing adaptable and inclusive sporting opportunities that keep people active and connected.
